DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

1. Enter the User Name given to you by us, and click CONNECT.
2. Now, enter the password given to you, and hit ENTER.
3. Your Folder will appear in the RIGHT SIDE Menu.  DOUBLE CLICK the YELLOW FOLDER by your name.
4. Find your file, CLICK IT once.
5. Click the ARROW LEFT between the menus to download to YOUR computer.
6. It's that Simple!

UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS (Login using the USER NAME given by us)

1. DOUBLE CLICK the YELLOW FOLDER in the RIGHT menu beside YOUR NAME.
2. Find the folder in YOUR computer where the file is located.  The menu box on the LEFT is YOUR computer.
3. Once you have found the file, click it once.
4. Then hit the ARROW RIGHT button between the menus.  This will start the upload process immediately.
